Because each item is created specifically for you to support our mission, we operate a strict No-Return policy to ensure the integrity of our stones and the sustainability of our work.

Final Sale Policy

Bespoke & Commissioned:
All custom-designed pieces, individually sourced lab diamonds, and unique settings are Final Sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or aesthetic preferences.

Pre-Shipment Approval:
Prior to dispatch, you will receive high-definition video and photography of your specific piece. Your written approval of these visuals constitutes your final acceptance. Once this "Digital Handshake" is complete and the item is shipped, the transaction is closed.

Manufacturing Defects

We maintain rigorous quality control. In the rare event of a genuine manufacturing error (e.g., structural setting issues):

48-Hour Notification:
You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Unboxing Video Requirement: To qualify for a claim, you must provide a continuous, unedited "unboxing video" showing the package being opened and the item inspected for the first time.

Resolution:
Confirmed defects will be resolved through professional repair or a direct replacement of the item.
