Loluko LLC: Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Service
Loluko LLC (hereinafter "the Company") provides bespoke jewelry sourcing, design, and manufacturing services. By engaging our services or completing a purchase, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Commissioned Works & Final Sale
The Client acknowledges that all items provided by the Company are "Commissioned Works." This includes, but is not limited to, jewelry featuring hand-selected lab-grown diamonds, custom-cast settings, and bespoke CAD designs.
No Cooling-Off Period: As these items are made to order or specifically sourced, they are exempt from standard statutory return periods.
Finality: All sales are final. The Company does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, "buyer’s remorse," or aesthetic preferences once production has commenced or a stone has been reserved.
3. The Digital Handshake (Pre-Shipment Acceptance)
To ensure total transparency, the Company will provide the Client with high-definition digital media (video and/or photography) of the finished product prior to dispatch.
Binding Acceptance: The Client’s written approval of these digital assets constitutes final legal acceptance of the item's condition and design accuracy.
Shipment Authorization: No item will be dispatched until this "Digital Handshake" is completed. Following dispatch, the Client waives any right to dispute the item based on visual or aesthetic criteria.
4. Manufacturing Defects & Evidence Protocol
The Company stands behind the structural integrity of its jewelry.
Reporting Window: Any suspected manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
Mandatory Evidence: All claims must be accompanied by a continuous, unedited "unboxing video" showing the removal of the item from its original shipping packaging. Claims submitted without this video evidence will be denied to prevent fraudulent damage reports.
Remedy: The Company’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item. The choice of remedy is at the sole discretion of Loluko LLC.
5. Deposits & Cancellations
Required Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total invoice is required to begin any bespoke project or to reserve a specific diamond.
Cancellation: Should a Client cancel an order after the deposit is paid, the deposit shall be forfeited to cover sourcing costs, CAD labor, and material allocation.
6. Material Integrity & Anti-Fraud Measures
Every diamond provided by Loluko LLC is laser-inscribed and digitally mapped.
Verification: Any item returned to the Company for authorized repair or inspection must undergo a 7-business-day laboratory verification.
Criminal Liability: Any attempt to substitute stones or return altered jewelry will be documented and reported to the relevant legal authorities as a criminal matter. The Company will pursue full legal recourse for any fraudulent activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
Loluko LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or wear of our products. Once a package is signed for at the delivery address, the risk of loss and responsibility for insurance passes entirely to the Client.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Loluko LLC is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appointed courts.
